In addition, she has been involved in the development projects of maritime and cross-border transport in Helsinki. Ulla&#8217;s academic activities are related to Aalto and Turku universities and now Tallinn University of Technology. Several books on logistics and maritime transport are written by her.<br \/>\nFor the conference, she analyzed the risks that the latest crises brought to supply chains. Mihkel is one of the leaders of Rohetiiger. In the years 2020-2016, he managed Estanc, one of the flagships of the machine and metal industry in Estonia. He created a new business strategy for Estanc and changed the management model to a people-centered one. The principles of sustainability began to be implemented in the company. After leaving Estanc, Mihkel&#8217;s knowledge has been valued by several top Estonian organizations, whom he has advised in mentoring programs: Bolt, PPA, Elisa, Exmet Service, Eleport, etc.<\/p>\n<p>At the conference, Mihkel advises listeners on how to survive the changes of the green revolution. To be successful, you have to initiate and manage changes yourself.
